Scheduling Info

 

When you call our office for an appointment we will do our best to see you within two days. We will see you the same day if you are seriously ill, or we will refer you for emergency care.

Appointments will begin and end at specified times. If you are late, your appointment will still end at the time it was scheduled to end. Patients who are late by 15 minutes or more will be rescheduled for a new appointment instead of rushing Dr. Stine through the appointment or causing his next patient's appointment to begin late.

We will strive to stay on time throughout the day. We know your time is valuable, as is the time of the patients who follow you.

We hope you understand that there will be occasional exceptions to these ideal goals. Please bear with us in those situations.

Please respectfully call 24 hours in advance if you cannot keep an appointment you have scheduled with us. A $90 "no show" fee will be charged to patients who do not call to cancel. (Dr. Stine's average income is $90 per patient appointment. Calling 24 hours in advance to cancel an appointment not only demonstrates courtesy toward Dr. Stine, it also allows us the opportunity to schedule another patient in that time slot.)
