When
you call the office for an appointment we will do our
best to see you within two days if necessary. We will always see
seriously ill patients on the day we are called or refer them for other care.
Appointments
will begin and end at specified times. If you are late,
your appointment will still end at the time it was scheduled
to end. An additional appointment will be made if you
feel you need more time with us.
We
will strive to stay on time throughout the day. We know
your time is valuable, as is the time of the patients
who will follow you.
We
hope you will understand that there will occasionally
be exceptions to these ideal goals. Please bear with
us in those situations.
If
you have scheduled an appointment with us and cannot
keep it, please respectfully call to cancel. A $50 charge
may be added to your account if you miss an appointment
without prior notice.
