will need to pick up a prescription at your pharmacy.
Please
call ONLY during office hours regarding prescription
refills.

In
most cases, a new prescription will not be called
to your pharmacy until we see you and assess your medical
condition.
If
you have not seen in the office during the last twelve months
prior to your need for medication (including refills)
an appointment must be made.
