Prescription refills are handled best by calling your pharmacy and asking them to fax a request to us. Our fax number is 610-3005.
Please
call ONLY during our office hours regarding prescription
refills.
In
most cases, a new prescription will not be called
to your pharmacy until we see you and assess your medical
condition.
An appointment must be made if
you have not been seen in our office in the last twelve months
prior to your need for medication (including refills).
